Taylor Wastewater Lift Stations and their Construction Division, Taylor General Engineering Contractors, Get Lift Stations Back On Line Faster!
The Lake County Water District of California came to us looking for solutions. The district had a limited budget. They owned a 50 year old wastewater lift station that was at the end of the its line. And they were at “their end of the line“ – out of options to fix the problem! The location of the waste lift station in one of California’s most environmentally pristine areas added to the urgency. The district manager acted fast and called on Taylor Pump Stations.
An exact pump replacement was not available near the the Lake Water District. Taylor Pump Stations utilized the vast network of pump manufacturers in our network. We found a solution that got the sewage moving again – fast! Danfoss Pump Supply and Taylor Pump Stations worked into the evening hours at the first meeting. Together we determined the best way to get Pump 1 back on line quickly was to rebuild the existing pump to “as new” condition. Danfoss Engineers and Taylor Pump Stations Personnel put our full efforts behind a complete pump end rebuild. And we recruited Baldor Electric to replaced the motor.
Working together as a team, Danfoss Pumps and Taylor Pump Station, overcame the many challenges that arose. Together we beat the obstacles and accomplished the desired result. We restored a dilapidated duplex pumping operation to reliable and pristine condition!
