Custom Built Control Panels
Our Muni 104, 105, 106, 108™ are just what the name implies. They are municipal specifications derived control panels utilizing the stringent quality standards underwritten by federal and state agencies. We also incorporate the hydraulic institute’s criteria, ie. we follow the ten state guidelines for the hydraulic pumping industry.
Hatches
Hatches are the “gateways to the pump station.” We coat all our hatches for extra protection. This is just one example of how Taylor Pump Stations are different. Taking the extra step to coat stainless and aluminum hatches, vents, stand-offs and guide brackets saves on very costly repairs caused by corrosion and extends the life to the entire pump station.
Communication Systems
Our control system easily upgrades to Ethernet & LAN options for all levels of Telemetry/ SCADA advancements. We can supply motor control Via VFD’s from leading manufactures, Rockwell or Yaskawa. In all cases alarming capabilities are supplied with redundancy in the design. All Taylor Pump Stations Panels and Components are built to operate within your communications system and to be a “Good Fit” for your operators.
